Extreme Camp
The Goalie Academy, Inc.'s Extreme Camps feature a 2:1 goalie to instructor ratio, enhanced PowerPoint lectures prior to each on ice session, and off-ice conditioning and training conducted by a professional certified strength and conditioning coach. The Extreme Camp also features 2 full hours of instruction with 1:1 goalie to coach ratio! This camp is the ultimate in personal attention.

Our Extreme camps are designed for goalies who want increased instructor attention on the specific aspects of the goalies game that will help them excel. Extreme camps are also great conditioning events as they are physically demanding.
The 3 Net Drill, a camper favorite
All goalies are welcome to the Extreme Camp but registration is limited to only 14 to 20 goalies. Extreme goalies will also be required to partake in a pre-camp conditioning program to ensure that they are physically prepared for the camp. The Extreme Camp will also be limited to goalies over the age of 11.
